ORDERING AND PAYMENT:
You will receive an order confirmation via email immediately upon submission of your order. It will include a re-cap of your order, order number and the total amount you were charged.

We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly, shipping will occur most times within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process.

To check your order status online you will need to create a login and password, you may check the status of your order at any time simply by clicking on login, signing in, then selecting Order History. To check on the status of your order, please use our contact page.

Credit cards via PayPal:
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Bank Debit cards.
Items are charged to your credit card when you place your order along with the shipping & handling charge.

Sales tax:
The Federal Government requires that we collect tax for items shipped within the state we are doing business. Washington State.

Items ordered at the same time will be packed and shipped together, and occasionally split into multiple boxes. You will be alerted via email immediately upon shipment.

USPS Parcel Post: 5-7 business days
UPS Standard: 5-7 business days
Fedex Ground & Home Delivery: 5-7 business days
USPS Express: 48 hrs
Overnight service: Cost will vary per location, available for most items shipping within the continental U.S. Monday through Thursday. Overnight orders placed on Friday will be delivered the following Monday.
