It is very important to me that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase from katiekay.com. All my product is new high quality merchandise bought by me, direct from the original manufacturer. Now having said that, if for some reason you are not 100% satisfied, or your product arrives damaged or defective; I of course accept returns and exchanges. Please contact me via email within 7 days of receiving the product and I will issue you a return authorization. Upon receiving and examining your returned merchandise, packed in it's original packing material and box, I will then credit your credit card for the full price of the product (sorry I cannot credit for shipping costs). I do suggest insurance. Returns must be received by me within 30 days of shipment.
