It is very important to us that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase from katiekay.com. All product is new merchandise bought direct from the manufacturer. If for some reason the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us via email or phone within 7 days of receiving the product and we will issue you a return authorization. Damaged or defective product must be returned to us packed in it's original packing material and box, we will then file a claim with the shipper and you will receive a credit to the credit card you used for your original purchase in a timely manner. Insurance is suggested. If you are not 100% satisfied with your perfectly good and beautiful purchase, we will of course accept returns and offer you a store credit, exchange of merchandise within 30 days of shipment. Returns must be received back to us in a timely manner (7-10 days after shipment for defective or damaged merchandise)and after prior approval is given by us.
